・Communicate with institutional clients globally including US & Europe.

・Update clients and prospective clients about the company’s fund performance and capital raising.

・Build, update and maintain a database of current clients ad future prospects.

・Work closely with internal investment, asset management and sales teams.

・10 years’ plus work experience ideally in investor relations with a focus on real estate.

・Good understanding of real estate markets.

・Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

・Excellent communication abilities, with strong problem solving and organizational skills.

・Native / fluent in Japanese with at least business English.
