Background
With over 10 years' financial services recruitment experience in Tokyo, Razin built and managed successful teams, across different areas. He has been a market leader in sell side recruitment for numerous years, with success in both FICC and Equities. At his last role, he was a consistent high performer, and received numerous individual and team recognition awards including Top Revenue Producer for Asia, Best Manager as well as leading the team that received the 2015 RIA award for #1 Financial Services team in Japan. He has successfully completed searches in areas such as Trading, Sales, Research, Investment Banking, Risk Management, Compliance and Portfolio Management. He received a Masters of International Business from Macquarie University in Sydney, and during his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, learning martial arts and spending time with his family.
