・Lead and support risk governance and oversight of IT security risk

・Design, drive and implement security strategies

・Work with regional (APAC) counterparts on matters relating to IT Risk and Governance

・Collaborate with local regulators and follow local policy on technology risk management

・6+ years' experience in IT Risk, Cyber Security or Control function

・CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent professional qualification 

・Experience in brokerage business processes, technology, operations and regulations preferred

・Native or Fluent Japanese speaker, conversational level English
