Divine Solutions Japan (DSJ) is expanding our Tokyo team and is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants.

We are a Tokyo-based recruitment firm specializing in the Financial Services industry, working with investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, securities companies, FinTech, and other financial institutions.

We are looking for both experienced recruiters and individuals looking to start a career in recruitment.

What You Will Do:

・Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the financial services sector 

・Identify and approach high-calibre candidates 

・Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer 

・Build your own client and candidate network 

・Develop expertise in the financial services market 

・Work closely with senior professionals and decision-makers at leading financial institutions 

What We’re Looking For:

・Fluent Japanese – required 

・Business-level English – required 

・Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

・Previous experience in sales, client management, account management, business development, or other client-facing roles 

・A strong interest in the financial services industry 

・Self-motivated, ambitious and commercially minded 

・Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential
