| Requirements for entry | ・Ideally 2 - 3 years’ experience within IBD, DCM, Syndicate is desirable but not essential. ・Display interest and commitment to building a career in DCM. ・Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ・Excellent communicator with strong analytical problem solving skills. ・Native level Japanese with at least business level English. |
