・You will be leading Customer Support Operations

・Hire and develop a strong support team

・Work with regulators and manage partnerships while focusing on growth opportunities throughout the

organization

・Attend monthly and quarterly vendor business reviews

Requirements

・Bilingual Japanese and English

・Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial services, technology and/or customer support.

・Advanced understanding of Google apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud
