We offer a competitive annual salary (based on individual’s experience and background) plus a generous commission scheme (one of the best in the industry with uncapped earnings potential).
Job Description:
As a consultant you will work with our senior consultants in searching for and interviewing candidates as we execute mandates for our clients across a broad variety of job functions and different levels of seniority. In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with our clients across the financial services industry. Moving forward we would expect you to become an industry specialist focusing on a particular niche area and as you build your expertise, to grow and manage a team.
As a part of the DSJ team, you will be involved in sourcing and advising candidates, managing relationships with existing clients, developing new business across industries and promoting our brand across the region.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Japanese.
Prior experience in a sales or similar revenue generating role.
Competitive and entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to demonstrate a hunger to build something.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
Bachelor university degree. A master’s degree with be looked on favourably.
